THE CORE
These are the bread-and-butter of RC drifting. One of these two tires will get you started. DRA for asphalt, DRC for carpet...but we have found using DRC on multiple surfaces works really well. Give those a try to start, then you will have an idea if you want harder or softer from there.

POPULAR ON CONCRETE
This has almost become "the" concrete tire in my area, and many local tracks use them as a spec tire.
MST CS-R
GREAT FOR TESTING
MST does a GREAT job of providing a little chart with their tires - and it tells you which tires are harder vs softer. This really helps a lot when testing for your unique surface.
DS Racing
WIDEST VARIETY
Whew - take a look at the DS Racing tire guide (in link below). They have A LOT of tires. AND - word of warning, their little chart of tire grip is confusing. I always get caught reading it backwards. BUT - they make a great tire and you will be able to find one that fits your needs. Plus, the price is right.
