LIKE THE BEST….BUT CHEAPER
There are folks who want the Futaba 7PXR/10PX. Those two controllers are literally as good as it gets…but they are VERY spendy. Enter the Futaba 6PV. It does 98% of what the 10PX does, at a fraction of the cost. If you want the best, without the price tag - look no further.
Futaba 4PM Plus
PREMIUM
This is the top-of-the-line premium for me. Yes, Futaba has the 10px that is even better...but at a HUGE price jump. This controller allows you to do fun SBUS stuff, plays well with all gyros, and has that premium feel and adjustability that most people are after. My only hesitation with this controller is that it is starting to age, and the user interface is being surpassed by more budget-friendly options every day. I recommend spending the little extra to get the 4PM with R334SBS receiver combo.
Flysky Noble NB4+
EVERYDAY PREMIUM
Want that premium feel of the Futaba, but in a smaller package, super-easy left-hand operation, and cheaper receivers so you can pair it to MANY vehicles...? Then give the Flysky Noble NB4+ a look! When at your local race or drift track, you will see A LOT of these - and for good reason. Although it doesn't carry the same pedigree as the Futaba, it does everything except the SBUS control while also offering a premium 3.5" touchscreen. Bonus: you can get the INR4-GYB receiver and use the built-in gyro for drifting - seriously!

BEST MID-RANGE
The Flysky G11P has features of many higher-end radios…but at a fraction of the cost. From the big color screen, to the 40 models it can bind to, and the almost endless settings - it will do more than 90% of people ever need it to do.
Dumbo DDF-350
JACK OF ALL TRADES
Honestly, I only use premium-level controllers for racing and drifting. I find the benefit just isn't there when we talk about bashing or crawling. Enter the DumboRC DDF-350. For less than $100 you get a nice controller, color screen, 10 channels, and super-cheap receivers. Want to drift on a budget? It will do that as well.
