Drift Escs
Hobbywing XR10 Stock Spec
GO-TO ESC
This is the goldilocks ESC. Priced just right, performance is just right. I honestly believe this ESC is good enough for 99% of drivers out there. Compared to the Hobbywing XD10, it really only lacks a couple of minor tuning levels. Seriously - but at a fraction of the price and size. I test A LOT of ESCs, but this is the one I recommend to most folks. Be VERY careful when ordering, as Hobbywing's naming structure is super confusing. There are a LOT of XR10 variants. You do NOT want the Justock or 1S model.
Hobbywing 10BL120 G2
BUDGET OPTION THAT WILL NEED UPGRADED
This is on the list to help with the folks that are super-budget oriented. Coming in at half the price of the next cheapest option, it can cut enough money out of a build to let you spend more elsewhere. The only real issue: you will eventually upgrade. The "G2" version of this ESC comes with adjustable turbo and boost - but the tuning options of it are limited. The overall feel driving this ESC is around 80% of the other ESCs here. There is just something missing that is hard to verbalize. If you really need to cut budget, then OK. Otherwise, please step up to one of the other options.
Hobbywing XD10
MOST POPULAR
Take the XR10 stock spec, add a blingy exterior in various colors, add a few additional tuning options and defaults = the XD10! This is the most popular drift ESC currently sold. Although one of the higher priced items on this list, it is still drastically cheaper than the offerings from Acuvance, etc. Buy this ESC, and you are good to go.

MOST BLING
Are you the kind of person that really wants things to look as fancy as they operate? This is the setup for you. Simple to install and setup - all using the super-blingy integrated screen. Color combos to match the rest of your car and fancy looking motors to pair with it. It is hard to not say, "wow" when the screen lights up and shows your throttle inputs.
